Data & Account Deletion Policy

Option 1: Delete Your Data on Your Device
Self-service, no need to contact support
Your medication lists, dose history, adherence logs, alarm settings, and the app’s anonymous identifier are all stored on your device. Clearing the app’s storage erases every bit of it, permanently and instantly.
On your Android device, open Settings → Apps.
Select OshBook, then open Storage (or “Storage & cache”).
Tap Clear storage (also labelled “Clear data”) and confirm.
All stored medication schedules, logbook records, preferences, and the anonymous identifier are wiped. Uninstalling the app has the same effect.
On iPhone: touch and hold the OshBook icon on your Home Screen, tap Remove App, then Delete App. This erases the app and everything stored on your device, permanently. OshBook’s data is not included in iCloud backups.
This does not remove analytics or crash-diagnostic data already sent to Google. To have that deleted too, use Option 2. Going forward, a cleared or uninstalled app sends nothing further.
Option 2: Support Data Deletion Request
Submit a formal request via support email
To have data deleted from our systems and Google’s, meaning the anonymous analytics and crash-diagnostic records tied to your app installation (Section 3 of the Privacy Policy), and any customer-support emails or feedback you have sent us, submit a written deletion request.

• Email subject: "Data Deletion Request - OshBook"
• Any email address or reference ID previously used to contact support
Data Processing & Retention Timelines
Wiped immediately when you clear the app’s storage or uninstall OshBook.
Collected via Firebase (Google). Crash reports auto-expire after about 90 days; analytics data expires per our configured retention window. On a verified request we delete the records tied to your installation.
Permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving a verified email deletion request.
