Data & Account Deletion Policy

Option 1: Instant In-App Data Deletion
Self-service data removal directly on your smartphone
You can erase all your medication lists, dose history, adherence logs, and alarm settings directly from the OshBook app at any time without needing to contact support.
Open the OshBook app on your Android device.
Navigate to Profile / Settings tab.
Tap Clear All App Data & Reset.
Confirm the prompt. All stored medication schedules, logbook records, and preferences will be permanently wiped instantly.
Alternatively, you can go to Android System Settings → Apps → OshBook → Storage → Clear Storage / Clear Data to achieve the same result.
Option 2: Support Data Deletion Request
Submit a formal request via support email
If you have sent customer support emails, feedback, or diagnostic logs to us and wish to have all associated records permanently removed, you may submit a written deletion request.
Email Request Destination

Required Information in Email:
• Email subject: "Data Deletion Request - OshBook"
• Any email address or reference ID previously used to contact support
Data Processing & Retention Timelines
Wiped immediately upon tapping "Clear Data" or uninstalling the OshBook application.
Permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving a verified email deletion request.
